Welcome to the Staff Office! Here employees at MEC can
send in their weekly reports from their jobs in order to get
their paycheck at the end of the month. Also, check here
for information on what each job requires and which horses
you're working with.
Groom-$200
Grooms are responsible for the horses' basic care. They
clean stalls, feed, water, turnout, and are constantly checking
the horse's overall health.
Stablehand-$300
Stablehands are responsible for barn care. They sweep the aisles,
repair doors, maintain the arenas, replace bulbs, and basically
keep the stables looking tidy and clean.
Trainer-$100 (in addition to trainer fees)
Trainers' duties are simply to train other boarders' horses. They
are required to have their trainer's license, and to have a trainer's
page. They also have to send weekly reports to the owner of the
horse they're training as well as to the office. Please read the
guidelines on training.
